Mitsuhiro Harada, Yoshiyuki Asaoka, Sakka Kobayashi, Tomoki Oga, and Won Yoon participated in the "International Conference on Business Restructuring", which was hosted by the Korea - Japan Industrial Finance Law Forum on August 22, 2022. The conference covered revisions to the "Corporate Vitality Enhancement Act", a Korean law that regulates business restructuring based on the current climate, as well as trends stemming from the "Act on Strengthening Industrial Competitiveness".
