Keita Yasuda joined the firm July 1, 2014.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Keita Yasuda joined Nishimura & Asahi as a counsel on July 1, 2014.

After graduating from Tokyo University, Mr. Yasuda began his career as a Public Prosecutor, and gained experience in Tokyo and other District Public Prosecutors Offices. He also worked for the Ministry of Justice, the Civil Affairs Bureau and assisted in the 1999, 2000 and May and June 2001 revisions of the Commercial Code. After retiring from government service, he registered as an attorney in 2004 and worked at a Tokyo law firm where he was involved in various cases relating to, among others, corporate litigation, crisis management and general corporate issues.
Mr. Yasuda is expected to make a significant contribution to the firm in a broad range of areas using his considerable experience and knowledge.
