N&A Pride Month 2025

Nishimura & Asahi affirms the importance of understanding, promoting, and embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion — including a range of sexual orientations and gender identities — in our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Statement. In line with this commitment, in June we will celebrate Pride Month with an internal awareness campaign.

Our key initiatives this year include:

• A talk session featuring an external speaker, exploring the significance of allyship in the workplace
• Distributing N&A Ally Stickers

The firm’s ongoing efforts include but are not limited to celebrating Pride Month just once a year. We have prepared rainbow-themed virtual backgrounds and email signatures for online meetings, and throughout the year we regularly hold Ally Community gatherings.
