Sendai Daini High School Students Visit Tokyo Office
On Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2025, we welcomed 12 high school students from Sendai Daini High School. Lawyers and staff that graduated from the school provided an overview of the office and its business, and also conducted a Q&A session and held an office tour for the students.
During the Q&A session, students asked many about the responsibility in work as a lawyer dealing with companies, lawyer-related activities during university, and how they chose their specialty from the many available fields.
We hope that this visit has helped those students understand the broad possibilities of being a lawyer and that learning about Nishimura & Asahi first hand further sparked their interest in the legal profession.

He has over 15 years’ experiences in a variety of M&A and finance transactions, particularly in distressed and turnaround situations, including sales of entire businesses, carve-outs, formation of JVs, debt/equity financing, restructuring of loans/bonds, providing financial support, sponsor investments, negotiations with customers/suppliers, and handling of disputes, which enables him to provide comprehensive supports for our clients. He also handles business succession and litigation cases. In terms of industries, he has significant insights in the IT and manufacturing businesses.
