Insolvency and restructuring partner Hajime Ueno has become one of Japan’s first two INSOL Fellows, after completing INSOL International’s Global Insolvency Practice Course.

INSOL International is the worldwide federation of national associations of accountants and lawyers who specialize in turnaround and insolvency, with ancillary groups that represent the judiciary, regulators, lenders and academics.
