Katsumi Chiba awarded the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun

It was reported that Japan's Cabinet Office had announced the 2017 Autumn Medals of Honor under the date of November 3, 2017.

Katsumi Chiba, who is of counsel at our office, was awarded the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun.
