Recognized by D&I Award 2025 as a "Best Workplace" for the Forth Consecutive Year

Nishimura & Asahi has been awarded Best Workplace, the highest rating, for the third consecutive year in the D&I Award 2025. This is Japan's preeminent award recognizing and honoring companies actively promoting diversity and inclusion.

The D&I Award evaluates the diversity and inclusivity initiatives of companies operating in Japan (including organizations such as those headquartered outside Japan, non-profits, and research institutions) based on an original evaluation framework called the "Diversity Score," which includes 100 criteria. Certification is granted according to the score achieved.
