Kyle supports U.S. law matters by Japanese and international clients on cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures, strategic investments, venture capital, and other complex corporate transactions. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, energy, financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and media. Kyle has practiced in the United States, Japan, and Korea.
Before joining Nishimura & Asahi in Tokyo, he worked at leading international law firms and collaborated closely with in-house legal and business teams on cross-border matters. He is admitted to practice in New York, California, and Illinois, and is fluent in Korean and Japanese. Prior to his legal career, Kyle worked as an equity research analyst covering the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector at a European investment bank.
