Yusuke NAKAGAWA
Yusuke is a partner in our M&A/Corporate team. He provides flexible and practical solutions tailored to his clients’ needs by taking advantage of his extensive experience in advising in a wide variety of M&A and Corporate transactions.
Yusuke’s practice focuses on Corporate and M&A, including cross-border/domestic acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, investment in startup companies, and numerous other kinds of transactions and commercial arrangements, including strategic alliance transactions between Japanese companies and foreign companies. He also regularly provides domestic and foreign clients with regulatory, labor, intellectual property and other general corporate advice.
