In the modern workforce, establishing and maintaining a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion (“DE&I”) has never been more important. DE&I is about more than just embracing each individual’s right to live as themselves; by maintaining a workforce with diverse backgrounds, companies are better able to develop and market products and services that reflect the diverse world we live in, and establish work environments that value differing perspectives with a climate of inclusion. In furtherance of our goal of realizing an affluent and fair society based on “the rule of law,” and leveraging our extensive expertise in a wide range of legal fields, we support a variety of DE&I efforts at the individual, organizational and societal levels.
