Avex Inc. – Sale of LivePocket to KDDI Corporation
Nishimura & Asahi advised Avex Inc. [TSE: 7860], an entertainment company, on the sale of its electronic ticket sales platform business LivePocket, operated by Avex’s subsidiary, Avex Live Creative Inc., to KDDI Corporation [TSE: 9433].

Makoto is an M&A/corporate partner.
