Walalangi & Partners (in association with Nishimura & Asahi), advised Sembcorp Industries Ltd on its strategic joint venture with Panbil Group. The joint venture marks a significant step in advancing Indonesia's green industrial transformation and sustainable development goals by planning to develop low-carbon industrial parks in Batam.
