    Marubeni Corporation: Investment in Karmarts Public Co., Ltd.

Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Marubeni Corporation [TSE: 8002] on its acquisition of shares by third-party allotment in Karmarts Public Co., Ltd. [SET: KARMART], a major cosmetics company based in Thailand, through a consortium with Quadriga Private Equity Co., Ltd.
