Anupong Kriangkrailipikorn - Kasikorn Bank takes over Traveligo, and subsequently rebrand to Gother
SCL Nishimura & Asahi advised Anupong Kriangkrailipikorn with regard to the sale of a Thai TravelTech start-up, founded as Traveligo in 2015, to Kasikorn Bank, a prominent Bank in Thailand, which invested US $25m to acquire a majority stake in Traveligo, which will now be rebranded to Gother.
