Legal education and career guidance at Saitama Prefectural Urawa Girls' Upper Secondary School

On June 21, 2022, Nishimura & Asahi’s Legal Education Team supported an inquiry-based cross-disciplinary study of 2nd-year students, and provided career guidance for all grades, at Saitama Prefectural Urawa Girls' Upper Secondary School, Japan.
Mariko Mimura, Shigeru Sasaki, Takeshi Nemoto, Kentaro Ohno, Natsuki Hosoya, Rasa Kato, Yusuke Mizuno, Kentaro Okuda, Shuhei Sasayama and Asako Joba (Diversity Promotion Office, alumni of the school), Sachiko Aoyama (Secretarial Assistance Department, alumni of the school), Maki Nakamura (Cross Functional Transformation Office), Naomi Mifuka (Pro bono Committee Office) participated.
We hope that such initiatives will help to increase the number of women who aim to become legal professionals in Japan.
