Joseph Tay Selected for Asia Business Law Journal's The A-List: Singapore’s Top 100 Lawyers 2026
Nishimura & Asahi is pleased to announce that Joseph Tay, Director of Commercial Disputes at Bayfront Law (the alliance counterpart of our Singapore Office), has been selected for Asia Business Law Journal’s The A-List: Singapore’s Top 100 Lawyers 2026, published by Law.asia Limited, Hong Kong.
The A-List is based on extensive research conducted and nominations received from in-house counsel in Singapore and elsewhere, as well as partners at international law firms.
Joseph has a strong track record as a Singapore litigation and arbitration counsel, and is distinguished for his ability to secure successfully outcomes in unprecedented or complex cases, many of which have been publicly reported and commentated upon. Joseph's broad experience includes M&A and JV disputes, shareholder and director disputes, trade and commercial disputes, corporate real estate disputes, restructuring and insolvency proceedings, freezing order injunctions, infrastructure and construction disputes, financial conspiracy disputes, and banking and securities matters. Joseph serves as an arbitrator on the panels of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. Joseph also serves as a Neutral Evaluator on the panel of the Singapore Law Society Neutral Evaluation and Determination Scheme.
