Takashi has over 20 years’ experience advising Japanese and international business companies on a large number of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, and various types of corporate legal affairs.

Takashi has good, long-standing relationships with both listed and non-listed large and medium-sized companies in manufacturing, logistics, retail, service, IT, financial and other industries. He has extensive experience in supporting clients on domestic and cross-border acquisition, alliance, joint venture and other types of M&A transactions, and he advises clients regularly on antitrust matters (cartel investigation by the Japanese and foreign authorities, etc.), litigation and dispute resolution (intellectual property infringement, product liability, breach of contract, etc.), employee malfeasance, director liability and other general corporate matters.
