Nishimura & Asahi Bangkok Office is looking for Summer Interns 2026

Nishimura & Asahi (“N&A”) is the largest one among the “Big Four” and one of the oldest law firms in Japan, which provides a comprehensive range of legal services in all areas of business law for commercial activities both in Japan and overseas.

In addition to offices located in Japan (Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Sapporo), in order to strengthen our cross-border practices and enhance our international network, we have established offices in Bangkok, Shanghai, Dubai, Frankfurt / Düsseldorf, Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta*¹, Kuala Lumpur*¹, Manila*¹, New York, Singapore, Taipei, Yangon, Hong Kong, Brussels, and London*².

In July 2013, N&A established an overseas office in Bangkok, Thailand to serve the needs of Japanese companies in expanding their businesses into Thailand and Southeast Asian markets. We focus on providing a wide range of legal services with our local knowledge and depth of experience in Thailand as well as the regional and global expertise to our clients, regardless of whether a matter involves international clients looking to invest in Thailand and Thai clients seeking opportunities in Thailand and abroad.

Our Bangkok Office fosters close-knitted relationships among our team members, and offers our interns the opportunity to gain hands-on experience from working closely with our lawyers and partners in various legal areas, including banking & finance, capital markets, corporate M&A, dispute resolution, general corporate, intellectual property, labor, projects & energy, real estate, tax, TMT and venture capital/private equity.

Throughout the internship, the interns will be supervised by personal mentors who will provide support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
