TIS Inc. - Grab Holdings Inc.’s USD 39.6 billion SPAC merger
Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Japanese IT services provider TIS Inc. [TSE: 3626], on the proposed merger and listing of its strategic partner Grab Holdings Inc., the multinational ride-hailing company, which is preparing to raise approximately USD 4.5 billion using a SPAC and to list on NASDAQ.

He has an extensive track record representing issuers, managers, and selling shareholders in various capital market transactions, including global IPOs, global follow-on offerings, convertible bond offerings, debt offerings, private investments in public companies (PIPEs), and J-REIT offerings. He has also been active in finance transactions by venture companies.
