International Arbitration and Corporate Strategy (in J)

Hiroyuki Tezuka and Akihiro Hironaka, together with Professor Koichi Miki (Keio University), co-authored and edited a book entitled "International Arbitration and Corporate Strategy," the fourth book in the "Nishimura Institute for Advanced Legal Studies: Bridge the Theory and Practice Series" in December 2014. This book was published by a leading legal publisher, Yuhikaku, Tokyo.

This book depicts the reality of the international arbitration to provide a perspective to the readers that the clever handling of disputes should be regarded as an important part of corporate strategy in doing cross-border business.

Contributors to this book included Yasuhei Taniguchi (Professor Emeritus, Kyoto University), Toshihiko Omoto (Visiting Professor, Kyoto University), Tatsuya Nakamura (Professor, Kokushikan University) and Hiroshi Hoshino (Shimizu Corporation).
