Leveraging practical experience at the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism, insights gained from Cranfield University in the U.K. (a hub of innovation in the aviation sector), and an extensive global network in the aviation and tourism industries, he provides expert guidance on regulatory compliance, negotiations with authorities, policy advocacy, rule-making, support for new business launches and expansions, and contract negotiation in the aviation, transportation, and tourism sectors.
He is also dedicated to supporting new mobility businesses, including drones and Mobility as a Service (MaaS). Furthermore, utilizing experience from the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau, he provides advice to both the public and private sectors on matters such as PFI/PPP projects and other issues related to government agencies and local governments.
