Career Guidance and Roundtable Discussion at Oin Junior & Senior High School
On Thursday, June 19, 2025, Nishimura & Asahi’s Legal Education Team held a career guidance session and roundtable discussion for interested students at Oin Junior & Senior High School. Tokyo associates Nanami Fujioka and Megumi Miyano, alumni of the school, and partner Takeshi Nemoto led the session.
They introduced what is entails to pursue a career as a lawyer, what corporate lawyers do highlighting the value, and satisfaction it brings. They discussed work-life balance and shared the diverse career paths available to lawyers.
We hope this guidance will help students in considering their future career choices and contribute to increasing the number of women pursuing careers in the legal profession.
