In collaboration with our overseas offices, we provide legal support to clients on their cross-border investments in overseas real estate. Further, we provide specialized legal and practical services on real estate finance transactions (based on both the value of, and the cash flow from, the investment properties), as well as other types of transactions and projects involving real estate.
