We have extensive experience working with sports-related organizations and businesses. We advise on a widerange of sports law matters, including M&A, finance, publicity rights, trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights, sports governance and risk management. With the digital global transformation of the sports industry, Web3 and Metaverse, as well as the expansion of the sports business into the data content business, we advise on the unique and complex business relationships with a view to future legal trends in Japan. In addition, we are actively involved in legislation.
