Our goal is to provide high-level legal services in Thailand, where the demand for such services is increasing, through collaboration with local attorneys, while taking into account differences in legal concepts as well as cultural differences.
We provide legal services to clients from various countries in connection with their outbound transactions in Thailand, and to Thai clients in connection with their inbound transactions in Japan. We also provide legal services in a variety of fields, including corporate (start-ups, M&A, compliance, labor matters, etc.), finance (acquisition finance, etc.), international restructuring/insolvency, international disputes, international trade, antitrust/unfair competition, intellectual property (copyrights, patents, trademarks, and related litigation), information technology, and personal data protection.
