    Nisshin Seifun Group Inc. - Acquisition of Allied Pinnacle Pty Ltd.

Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Nisshin Seifun Group Inc. [TSE: 2002] and its subsidiary, Nisshin Flour Milling Inc. on their acquisition of Allied Pinnacle Pty Ltd. (Australia’s leading flour, ingredients and bakery products manufacturer), from Australian private equity fund Pacific Equity Partners and other shareholders.
