Mitsubishi Corporation: Transfer of shares in Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc. to KKR & Co. Inc.
Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Mitsubishi Corporation [TSE: 8058] on its transfer of all outstanding shares in Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc., one of the largest real estate asset managers in Japan, to a subsidiary of KKR & Co. Inc. [NYSE: KKR], a US-based global investment firm.
