Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Sohgo Security Services Co., Ltd. [TSE: 2331], a major Japan-based security services company, on its acquisition of a 51.23% stake in PT. Shield-On Service Tbk [IDX: SOSS], a provider of temporary staff and security services in Indonesia and on its subsequent mandatory tender offer, through its subsidiary, PT. ALSOK BASS Indonesia Security Services.
