Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Sohgo Security Services Co., Ltd. [TSE: 2331], a major Japan-based security services company, on its mandatory tender offer for the completion of its acquisition, through its subsidiary PT. ALSOK BASS Indonesia Security Services, of a 79.3% stake in PT. Shield-On Service Tbk [IDX: SOSS], an outsourcer of temporary staff and security services in Indonesia.
