Ikang has advised a wide range of domestic and international clients across various industry sectors such construction, finance, IT, manufacturing, real estate, labor, dispute resolution, and criminal investigation. Ikang has assisted in various high-profile M&A transactions and has a good connection with Indonesian government authorities. He also advises on day-to-day corporate/commercial issues and licensing, including on investments at all stages, from inception to post-closing operations. As a partner of Indonesian practice in our Singapore Office and cross-border team, Ikang provides a tailored legal services in a timely and flexible manner.

Kiyoshi has extensive experience in both domestic and international M&A transactions. His work includes advising on equity investments in listed companies, take‑private transactions, joint venture formations, private equity matters, multi‑jurisdictional cross‑border deals, strategic support for auction processes, supporting post-merger integration, M&A‑related litigation, and a wide range of other M&A‑related legal issues. Leveraging five years of sales experience at a trading house (sogo-shosha), he provides practical and commercially attuned legal advice that bridges business objectives and legal considerations.
Following his studies in the United States and subsequent tenure at the firm’s New York office, he has been involved in numerous U.S.-related M&A matters and is well positioned to address clients’ legal needs in the U.S. market. In addition, he has accumulated a total of five years of on‑the‑ground experience in Indonesia, enabling him to support clients across all phases of market entry, business expansion, and exit in and from Indonesia. He is also fluent in the Indonesian language, allowing him to assist in matters requiring communication in the local language.

Grazia is a member of Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) and a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) by Indonesian Association of Data Privacy Professionals (APPDI) . Aside from her active legal practice, Grazia is devoted to contribute back to her community in Bali, Indonesia, through a non-profit initiative which she co-founded to help more women gain access to higher education.


Noriaki’s practice covers various M&A transactions, cross border deals, and day-to-day commercial businesses, with a focus on Indonesia and other South East Asia countries-related matters.
