Motonori’s practice focuses on domestic and international commercial disputes in diverse industries. In addition to domestic commercial litigation, he has extensive experience with international litigation in various jurisdictions, including United States, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, and South America. He also advises on disputes related to a variety of commercial insurance policies, including directors' and officers' liability insurance (D&O insurance), property and business interruption insurance, representations and warranties insurance (M&A insurance), and credit insurance.
