Legal Career Information Session: Senzoku Gakuen Senior High School
The legal education team from Nishimura & Asahi held an interactive presentation at Senzoku Gakuen Senior High School on July 10, 2025. The session was for first-year high school students who had expressed interest in law. A career guidance session at our Tokyo office followed on July 22.
Tokyo partner Takeshi Nemoto and Tokyo associates Haruka Sugimoto (a graduate of the school), Kae Gen, and Megumi Miyano participated in the interactive on-site event. Tokyo associates Mari Matsuyama, Mayu Okada,Ryo Yamagata, Yasukazu Yamazaki and Masumi Suzuki spoke as panelists for the career guidance session. During the presentation at our Tokyo office, panelists discussed what corporate lawyers do, work-life balance, and the diverse career paths of lawyers. We hope these kinds of events help students choose law as a career and support the increase of women in law.
