Carlotta BRUESSEL
Carlotta is a counsel in our international dispute resolution group specializing in complex cross-border disputes and international arbitration.
She has specific expertise advising clients in contentious proceedings involving construction and manufacturing, distribution, post-M&A, and commercial matters in areas such as transportation, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and energy. She has been involved as counsel and Tribunal Secretary in arbitrations under the arbitral rules of institutions such as the ICC, HKIAC, VIAC, KCAB, JCAA, and SIAC. Carlotta is admitted in Australia and registered as a foreign lawyer in Japan.
