Takashi is a partner in our Corporate practice. With over 10 years' experience, he handles both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including merger filings, and advises both Japanese and international clients on general corporate matters and renewable energy projects.
Takashi's practice covers various types of M&A transactions, including both cross-border deals and domestic deals. Based on his extensive knowledge and insight into cross-border transactions, he is able to take the lead in negotiations. He also draws upon his experience of being seconded to an energy company and an IT company as in-house counsel, providing practical legal solutions that take into account real world business operations. In addition, Takashi has expertise in competition law practice, including merger filings for domestic and cross-border deals. He is able to provide one-stop legal services for those engaging in such business transactions.
