Sadayuki serves as a member of an industrial safety rules committee and a hydrogen safety strategy committee, both of which were established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan, and also is a member of an electricity capacity market committee, which is part of the Organization for Cross-regional Coordination of Transmission Operators, Japan (OCCTO).

Qualified in New York and Ontario (Canada), Rafael has worked on cross-border financial transactions by both Japanese and international clients with a focus on real estate, project finance, construction & infrastructure, energy, renewables and natural resources. He has considerable experience with real estate and structured finance transactions by international financial institutions and sponsors in their investments in renewable energy and real estate projects throughout Japan under various subsidy and auction regimes.
